OviFlash.com is run by Dale Rankine in Brisbane, Australia. Dale is the founder and CEO of Moket, a long-time specialist Flash mobile development, strategy and training company. The OviFlash.com site is run to benefit the entire Flash mobile community and grow the market for all Flash mobile developers through the Ovi platform.
